Understanding Our Community
We’re committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome and represented within the AMI community. To help us achieve this, we plan to collect diversity and inclusion data on a voluntary basis each year.
This will help us to:
- Identify and address barriers to participation by understanding who is and isn’t represented within our community, allowing us to enhance equitable access for all.
- Better support our members by recognising the diversity within our membership and creating targeted opportunities—such as events and initiatives—that ensure everyone feels welcomed, included, and valued.
