The main campus is located in the heart of the city, nestled in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter.
Travelling by car
From the M62: At the end of the motorway, continue straight ahead onto Edge Lane (A5080 then A5047) and follow signs for Liverpool City Centre and the University.
Postcode for sat nav or online directions is L3 5TR.
The visitor car parks are pay on exit car parks. You will receive a ticket at the barrier upon entrance to the car park, and you can pay at the pay station when you are ready to leave. The charge tariff for your visit will be as follows:
Peak (Weekdays from 7.30am until 5.30pm)
- Up to 1 hour - £2.00
- Up to 2 hours - £4.00
- Up to 3 hours – £6.00
- Up to 4 hours - £8.00
- Over 4 hours - £10.00
Off Peak (Weekdays from 5.30pm until 7.30am and all day weekends)
- Up to 1 hour - £2.00
- Up to 3 hours - £4.00
- Over 3 hours - £5.00
Visitors can also use the City Council car park found at the bottom of Mount Pleasant towards the city centre.
Travelling by train
The Campus is a ten minute walk from the nearest mainline station at Lime Street.
- Take the main exit and turn left into Lime Street
- Turn left again at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel
- Continue up Brownlow Hill towards the Metropolitan Catholic Cathedral and Red Brick Building with its clock tower
Travelling by coach
The National Express coach station is in Liverpool One Bus Station, Canning Place, Liverpool, L1 8JX, a 18 minute walk from the Campus. From the bus station walk along Hanover Street, pass Liverpool Central Train Station. Cross Renshaw street onto Brownlow Hill and head towards the Metropolitan Catholic Cathedral.
