Join us at the AMI Microbial Solutions for a Changing World Conference, taking place from 25 – 27 November 2025 at Monash University. This event brings together pioneering microbiologists from all career stages, especially encouraging participation from early career researchers (ECRs) and PhD students.
We are committed to making the MSCW Conference accessible to all, particularly for those who are economically disadvantaged, marginalised, and/or underrepresented. Our registration fee waiver policy is designed to support this commitment by offering:
- Waivers to ECRs and PhD students who submit abstracts for posters or talks can receive registration waivers, enabling them to showcase their research without financial strain.
- Waivers for participants from economically disadvantaged, marginalised, or underrepresented backgrounds to ensure these participants can attend, promoting a diverse and inclusive conference environment.
Please refer to the graphic for detailed pricing information. Our tiered earlybird pricing model offers discounts for the first 200 registrations across different categories, ensuring affordability for all attendees.
We are actively seeking sponsorship so that we can provide this free registration for qualifying participants and still give them the full conference experience with as little financial barrier as possible. For that, we need the support of the wider business and academic community. If you know anyone who could provide funding for this initiative, or would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities please contact us at [email protected].
