LAM ECS 2026 Organising Committee

Thank you for your interest in joining the Organising Committee for the LAM Early Career Research Symposium 2026 (LAM ECS 2026). The committee is central to shaping the programme, supporting event delivery, and ensuring the symposium reflects the needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students, PhD researchers, and early postdocs.

• Members will be expected to attend monthly online planning meetings (November 2025 – Jun 2026) and attend the LAMECS Research Symposium 2026. Dates to be confirmed, but likely to be 10 or 11 June 2026.
• Primarily, the role of the organising committee includes programme development and identification of speakers; the abstract submission process; contributing to the social programme; and being part of a successful conference delivery team including Chairing sessions at the live event.
• The role is voluntary and unpaid. Committee members will receive complimentary registration for LAMECS 2026.
