Scoring Guidelines:

  • 90-100 Points: Exceptional – Exceeds all criteria.
  • 70-89 Points: Strong – Meets most criteria effectively.
  • 50-69 Points: Adequate – Meets basic criteria.
  • Below 50 Points: Needs Improvement – Does not meet necessary criteria.
