SfAM has responded to the House of Commons Science and Technology Committee's inquiry into UK Science, Research and Technology Capability and Influence in Global Disease Outbreaks.
They may be more familiar as a room scent but a new study presented at the Minoritised Life Scientists Future Forum reveals that lavender and lemongrass essential oils are effective against thrush, even at low levels.
SfAM contributed to the Royal Society of Biology's response to the Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) consultation on the Draft Policy Statement on Environmental Principles.
