Join microbial ecology and evolution researchers from around the world at MEE Hubs 2026, a unique hybrid event taking place across seven international hubs.

Registration is now open for MEE Hubs 2026: Microbial Ecology & Evolution Hubs, an international hybrid conference bringing together researchers from across the microbial ecology and evolution community.

Taking place from 3–5 August 2026, the event will be hosted simultaneously online and at seven interconnected hubs in Montreal (Canada), Ann Arbor (USA), Irvine (USA), Morelia (Mexico), Zurich (Switzerland), Manchester (UK), and Chernihiv (Ukraine).

The meeting will feature an impressive lineup of invited speakers from leading institutions around the world, covering topics across microbial ecology, evolution, host-microbe interactions, environmental microbiology, and microbiome science. The distributed hub model aims to promote global participation while strengthening local scientific communities and fostering international collaboration.

Researchers interested in presenting their work are encouraged to submit abstracts before 19 April 2026.
