Scoring Guidelines:

90-100 Points: Exceptional – Exceeds all criteria.
70-89 Points: Strong – Meets most criteria effectively.
50-69 Points: Adequate – Meets basic criteria.
Below 50 Points: Needs Improvement – Does not meet necessary criteria.
