Dr. Caitlyn Hall, PhD., Assistant Professor of Practice, University of Arizona. Caitlyn focuses on integrating environmental justice, natural hazard resilience, science policy and communication. She works with community, industry, and government leaders to develop best-fit, technical policy, and public health solutions to best address a community’s challenges and values.

Dr. Kathleen Treseder, PhD., Professor of Biology at the University of California Irvine; Climate Activist; Irvine City Council Member. Kathleen Kay Treseder is an American ecologist who specializes in the interplay between global climate change and fungal ecology. She also serves as a member of the Irvine City Council after being elected to the position in 2022. She is currently a professor in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of California, Irvine. She is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Academy of Microbiology, and the Ecological Society of America.

Dr. Sonja Birthisel, PhD., University of Maine School of Forest Resources. Sonja's primary research interests include farm adaptation to and mitigation of climate change, ecological weed and pest management, farmland food webs, and ecosystem services. She is committed to addressing practical questions posed by farmers, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders in research. She completed a PhD in Ecology and Environmental Sciences in the Gallandt lab at University of Maine, is currently employed as a Special Projects Assistant in the Daigneault lab.
